As an essential part of our team,the Pest & Termite Technicians at A-1 play a vital role insafeguarding properties and ensuring customer satisfaction. Pest & Termite Technician Responsibilities Complete company paid training to learn pest controlskills. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule withinassigned territory. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discussadditional services. Serve as a problem solver for customers to determine the bestpest/termite solutions. Complete all required service-related documentation using ahand-held device.
Requirements for Pest & Termite Technician High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within thefirst 90 days of employment. Ability to work independently in the field and manageroute-based assignments. Ability to work in crawlspaces and attic spaces.
