Pest Control Specialist Wise Pest Solutions Kannapolis, NC 28081 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, following all regulations and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and customer interactions. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance. Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient service delivery. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong sales skills are a plus for promoting additional services to clients that are in need. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is essential. A valid driver’s license is required for this position to travel between job sites. Must be 18 years old in NC to obtain a registered technician license.
