Full Job Description Purpose :

Provides general labor to help resolve customer crawlspace and moisture-related issues.

Essential Duties:

Conduct inspections of crawlspaces, basements, and foundations to assess moisture levels and identify issues such as wood rot, mold, mildew, pests, or structural concerns. Install vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, French drains, and other moisture control systems. Perform crawlspace encapsulations, including insulation removal/installation, sealing, and cleaning as needed. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure safe and compliant job sites. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and functional condition. Other related labor duties as reasonably requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Ability and willingness to work in crawlspaces. Previous experience in crawlspace work, moisture control, pest control, or home services preferred but not required (training provided). Must be comfortable working in confined, dark, and sometimes dirty or damp spaces.
