• About the Role
• As a Wildlife/Termite Technician, you’ll play a vital front-line role, serving as the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our valued customers, delivering Martin Exterminating’s range of services with care and professionalism.
• What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
• Armed with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Wildlife/Termite Technicians work within the communities we serve, visiting residential properties to carry out requested services.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Verifying job specifications for each work order.
• Preparing job sites for treatment and trapping.
• Engaging with customers to explain the services provided.
• Completing production forms to document services.
• What Qualifications Do You Need?
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid Wildlife Damage Control Agent License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Prior experience is beneficial but not required. More importantly, you should:
• Be personable and enjoy customer interactions.
• Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Be detail-oriented with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Have basic math skills for job-related calculations.
• Be comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces and attics).
• Must be clean-shaven (minimal facial hair as per updated military standards) for respirator safety.
