Pest Control Service Specialist
GENERAL SUMMARY
We are looking for a Pest Control Service Specialist who will beresponsible for performing pest control treatments at residentialand commercial properties. All training is provided; no pestcontrol experience is required. Candidates are required to have avalid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a cleandriving record

Ability to connect with customers and build rapport easily Strong work ethic; Meticulous and organized Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail Operational & Safety Consciousness Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage in constant motion.
Responsibilities:
Pest Control Inspections & Treatments – Inspect residential andcommercial properties for signs of pest activity, applying productsto address pest issues. Customer Interaction & Communication-Greet customers, explain thepest control treatment process, addressing any questions orconcerns, and deliver an exceptional experience, communicating anyfollow up steps or recommendations as necessary. Documentation & Reporting- Review the day’s schedule, preparingnecessary materials, electronically document service notes, pestfindings, and treatments applied. Safety & Compliance- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelineswhile performing pest control treatments and handling tools andmaterials. Maintain the company vehicle in a safe and cleanoperating condition, reporting any safety concerns or incidents tothe appropriate personnel.
