Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
• Determine the type of pest and the extent of the infestation
• Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines
• Seal off entry points to prevent pests from entering buildings
• Provide recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest problems
• Document all services provided and maintain accurate records

Skills:

• Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective control methods
• Ability to use pest control equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify the source of pest problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and explain treatment plans
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and accurate documentation
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, crawling, or lifting heavy equipment
