Hillsdale, NJ 07642 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to individual client needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. Educate clients on pest prevention methods and provide guidance on maintaining a pest-free environment. Operate power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery safely while performing tasks related to pest control. Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to safety protocols. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods and landscape management techniques. Experience with lawn care practices is a plus. Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and sales capabilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
