In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients by effectively controlling pests while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to each client’s specific needs. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and effective methods, including chemical applications and traps. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices to minimize future infestations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations. Operate hand tools, power tools as necessary for pest control tasks. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in pest control techniques and knowledge of applicable regulations. Experience is a plus. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings and benefits to clients. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
