In just our first year we won top 3 in Ocean County for Pest Control. Seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to help us grow to the next level. We are not your average Pest Control Company. We are family owned and operated and need a Technician who is looking to grow with us! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires driving to various job sites, utilizing hand and power tools, and applying pest control treatments effectively. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential risks. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and effective methods. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Drive to job sites using company vehicles while adhering to all safety regulations. Skills Proficiency in pest control techniques and knowledge of pest behavior. Strong sales skills to promote services effectively to clients. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
