Pest Control Technicians :
Driving Route Technician (Brooklyn & Manhattan)
- must have solid experience and an active 7A license Walking Route Technician (Manhattan only)
- some experience preferred, but we can train the right person and help you earn your 7A Why Join OnGuard? Competitive pay : $21

What You’ll Do Perform pest control services at residential and commercial sites Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers Maintain accurate service records, including notes and photos Follow all state regulations and company safety protocols Requirements
- Driving Route Technician (Brooklyn & Manhattan) Valid 7A license (required) Strong pest control experience Clean driving record Independent and reliable with excellent customer service skills Requirements
- Walking Route Technician (Manhattan only) Some pest control experience (preferred, not required) Willing to pursue 7A certification (we’ll help you prepare) Excellent communication and time management skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking between client locations Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM
