Termite and Pest Control Technician Lightning Termite & Pest Control 1239 Red Bank Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods and have experience with various tools and machinery. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest control operations. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and client interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
