We provide a career oriented work environment for our team, not just another job! Our continued growth has us looking to add a few more Pest Control Technicians to the team! These positions are Monday- Friday with a company vehicle and equipment provided after onboarding period. Experienced Pest Control Technicians should be comfortable doing inspections of customer properties (residential, commercial, industrial, multi-family, food service) to identify and manage pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions. Then, develop customized pest management solutions with tailored options to suit individual situations needs and execute prevention and treatment strategies. No experience, no problem as we are will train the right person! Requirements are verifiable work history, valid South Carolina drivers license and clean driving record, clean background check, and a positive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement pest control measures using a variety of methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques Document service activities with notes and pictures to maintain detailed records of treatment plan options/recommendations, materials used, and customer interactions Communicate effectively with the office and other team members to coordinate service schedules and ensure timely customer responses and services Educate customers on pest prevention practices and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment Complete initial technical training and participate in regular update training to stay current with industry best practices, treatment options, and application methods Ability to lift and carry at least 60 lbs, use power tools, enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, ascend and descend ladders and stairwells, climb over/under structures in a variety of elements including seasonal weather, damp, dark, wet and/or dusty conditions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a pest control professional High school diploma or GED required Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision Familiarity with FieldRoutes or similar software is preferred, but not required Possess current Pest Control License(s) i.e. Pesticide Applicators License, or the ability to obtain requisite certifications and licenses Must have valid drivers license with good driving history Ability to pass random drug tests as well as criminal and driving background checks Complete, and pass, a written evaluation If you pride yourself in providing excellent customer service, enjoy selling new solutions, and want to be valued for what you bring to the team then apply here today!
