In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest management techniques, have experience with various tools and equipment, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to individual client needs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest management tasks. Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and in accordance with local regulations. Provide clients with education on pest prevention techniques and landscape maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and customer interactions. Drive to various job sites while ensuring the safe operation of company vehicles. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, or landscape management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is a plus. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently across multiple jobs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing top-notch customer service. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A willingness to learn about new pest control methods and stay updated on industry trends is essential.
