Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and SC 7A Certified Termite and Construction Services Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in delivering expert termite services throughout the full lifecycle of residential and commercial construction. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of hands-on treatment capabilities, regulatory compliance knowledge, customer relationship management, and construction proposal expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Application & Field Work Perform full conventional liquid termite treatments for all phases of construction: pre-construction, during construction, and post-construction. Execute complete Sentricon® installations, including the ability to core drill on commercial and residential properties. Inspect properties and apply corrective treatment measures for active termite issues. Regulatory Compliance Accurately complete and maintain all documentation required to meet state and federal regulations related to termite treatment. Ensure proper recordkeeping, product usage reporting, and inspection logs in accordance with SC Department of Pesticide Regulation. Risk Assessment & Renewals Conduct risk assessments for new and existing bonded properties and identify any required corrections to maintain protection coverage. Partner with renewal teams to support bonded client retention by providing technical expertise and site evaluations. Sales & Client Relations Identify and pursue opportunities to grow key commercial and residential accounts through service add-ons and upsells. Educate clients on treatment methods, termite risks, and the importance of following internal policies and compliance standards. Build strong relationships with clients, construction partners, and internal team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. Construction Planning & Scoping Review and interpret construction blueprints and plans to scope and develop termite treatment proposals for builders and developers. Provide technical input to project estimators or sales teams for accurate bidding and project execution.

Qualifications:

Required:

Valid South Carolina 7A Certification (Structural Pest Control – Termite) Minimum 3 years of termite treatment experience, including pre-construction work Proficiency with core drilling tools and Sentricon installation Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for termite work in SC Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of outdoor and construction site environments

Preferred:

Experience interpreting and scoping construction plans Experience selling or upselling termite or pest control services Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Familiarity with CRM or field service software (e.g., FieldRoutes, PestPac)

$60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
