Summary We are seeking a dedicated independent contractor Pest Control Technician to join our maintenance team at Stevens Realty LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services across our rental properties, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our tenants. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining the quality of our living environments. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues. Implement effective pest control measures in compliance with safety regulations. Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently for pest management tasks. Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and treatments performed. Communicate with tenants regarding pest control services and preventive measures. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any related property concerns. Requirements Proven experience in pest control or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pest management. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with tenants. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between properties.
