What You’ll Do:
Sales & Customer Engagement:

Canvass residential and commercial areas to generate new leads. Initiate conversations with potential customers, explaining the benefits of pest control services. Educate homeowners and business owners on common pest issues and prevention methods. Overcome objections and answer questions to build trust with potential clients. Close sales by guiding customers through service agreements and scheduling their first service.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Maintain a record of potential customers and follow up on leads. Utilize referral programs and customer recommendations to expand the customer base. Revisit interested prospects to encourage them to sign up for services.

Marketing & Brand Representation:

Represent the company professionally while engaging with the community. Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, or business cards . Promote seasonal specials, discounts, or bundled service offerings to increase customer interest.

Administrative & Reporting:

Accurately record sales, appointments, and customer information. Provide daily or weekly reports on progress, leads, and closed deals. Coordinate with pest control technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
