As a growing company we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest and Termite Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, and the use of various tools and equipment. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to work independently. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Utilize various pest control methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up visits. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control regulations, and safety protocols. Keep equipment and vehicle clean and in good working order. Follow all safety and guidelines and regulations. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of pest control techniques is highly desirable. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate services offered to clients. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Willingness to learn about new products, techniques, and safety measures in the pest control industry. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
