This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients, ensuring their environments are safe and pest-free. The ideal candidate will have a background in pest control, and the use of various tools and equipment. A commitment to customer service and safety is paramount. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, following all regulations and guidelines. Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for pest control tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment options and answering client questions. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and any follow-up actions required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus for promoting services to clients. Must be able to pass any certifications related to pest control.
