In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while driving to various job sites. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Apply pest control products safely and effectively, following all safety guidelines and regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding pest control methods. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in pest management. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or farm operations is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services to clients.
