We’re growing our operations in Maryland and looking for a hands-on, experienced Crew Supervisor to lead daily field operations in the Baltimore area.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Crew Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians in executing tree removal, pruning, and vegetation management work. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with prior field experience, who leads by example and ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct daily operations of field crews (4-8 team members) Ensure all work is completed according to scope, timeline, and safety protocols Operate and supervise use of bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, and other equipment Conduct pre-job safety briefings and enforce compliance with safety standards Communicate with clients, property managers, and internal operations staff Maintain accurate work records, equipment logs, and time tracking Train new crew members and mentor junior staff in field techniques

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in tree care, vegetation management, or related field work Prior experience leading or supervising field crews strongly preferred Proficient in chainsaw use, rigging, bucket truck operation, and ground crew coordination Strong working knowledge of tree species, pruning standards, and jobsite safety Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Why Join ICC?
