Must have minimum 2 years foreman/management experience high production tree work. Must have experience minimum 4 years operating experience with skid steer, articulating booms and/or loaders Needs to have great leadership and communication skills.
Expectations :
Ensuring crew is working together as a team and performing there assigned job duties. Expediting jobs in a safe and timely manner. Ensuring that all crew members are equipped with appropriate equipment and that safety procedures are followed. Understanding that jobs are perform at the direction of company owner Reporting back to the owner when employees, equipment or trucks have a problem.
Duties:
Brief crew on expectations of the job and length of job Keep crew on track to get jobs completed on time Assign daily job duties to crew members Skilled in operating a chainsaw, sharpening chains, and performing maintenance on all chainsaws. Able to use log dolly, tree cart, pole saws, blowers, saws, hedge trimmers and tow a trailer. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to stand for long periods of time Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds continuously
