The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care . With experience in Tree Removal , trimming ,working with cranes ,operating bucket trucks and other equipment necessary for tree care. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Perform tree , removal , and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Climbing or Operate bucket trucks safely to access high branches and perform necessary cuts. Utilize various tools and equipment, including chainsaws, rigging gear, and hand tools, to execute removal and trimming tasks effectively. Conduct inspections of trees to identify any signs of disease or damage. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care and garden upkeep as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and servicing. Document work performed using GIS technology when required. Requirements Previous experience in tree care or landscape maintenance is required. Proficiency in Climbin and operating bucket trucks and understanding rigging techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge of lawn care practices, and general landscape maintenance is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks that may include lifting heavy materials. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures while performing all tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. Willingness to learn new techniques related to tree care and landscape management.
