Tree service crew member A&R Tree Service Brooksville, FL 34601 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a groundsman, you will play a vital role in performing tree trimming & tree removals, and assisting with various outdoor projects. This position requires individuals who are passionate about nature and possess a strong work ethic. You will work closely with a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks safely for tree trimming and maintenance tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site. There will be work on some Saturdays. Must be physically fit & can handle the summer HEAT. We only work locally & have good equipment. Looking for a long term coworker. A valid drivers license is a MUST, have a CDL A or B would be a plus. Prior experience driving a truck pulling a trailer. Must have reliable transportation to work. Experience Must have verifiable previous experience. (Four+ years) Familiarity with bucket operation, how to handle chainsaws, work around a chipper and tree trimming techniques is advantageous.
