The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and build and lead a team of technicians. This position requires a strong background in water, fire, mold, and bio, particularly in an mitigation setting. The Lead Technician will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Supervise projects to work with the customer to make sure the building is restored to pre-loss condition. Perform water, fire, mold, and bio services. Work to insure that all mitigation damages are completed within IICRC standards. Utilize tools and meters to determine the extent of damage or the verification that the building materials are within dry standards. Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on customer needs and product capabilities. Preform demo work when needed within containment or crawlspace. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a technician in an mitigation environment. Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and bio with a strong focus of it being in the remediation industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
