Full-Time Description:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tree Climber to join our professional tree service team in South Florida. As a tree climber, you will be responsible for performing tree pruning, removals, and other tree care services using climbing gear, ropes, and aerial lifts when necessary. This is a physically demanding, outdoor job that requires experience, precision, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing equipment Perform tree pruning and removal safely and efficiently Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and other tree care equipment Follow ANSI safety standards and company safety protocols Identify tree health issues and communicate with crew or supervisor Clean up work areas and equipment after job completion Assist ground crew as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tree climber or arborist Knowledge of proper pruning and rigging techniques Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.) Comfortable working at heights Physical strength and stamina Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
