The job of a ground crew professional consists of but is not limited to the following: Prepare the tree service trucks and equipment for work tasks for the day by greasing, checking all tires, checking all fluids, checking all light connections, and ensuring all necessary tools are loaded onto the vehicles every day. You will be expected to have a basic to moderate level of knowledge on how to safely run and operate chippers, pole saws, small chainsaws, blowers, and small dump trucks. You will be working hand in hand with the crew leader to safely complete daily job duties with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. – Expected daily and at all times to wear all PPE related equipment including hearing protection, gloves, safety glasses, hardhats, proper work boots, and hard hats.
