Tree Climber By The Bay Tree Service 1632 Omaha Street, Palm Harbor, FL 34683 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and be comfortable working at heights. The Tree Climber will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of trees and landscapes through a variety of tree care services. Duties

• Perform tree trimming and pruning as necessary to maintain the health and appearance of trees and landscapes.
• Operate a bucket truck to access trees and perform tree care services.
• Use rigging equipment to lift and move heavy objects during tree care operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and providing detailed estimates for tree care services.
• Use GIS technology to identify and track tree locations and health.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in tree care through ongoing training and education.
• Perform lawn care and garden maintenance tasks as needed to support tree care services. Requirements
• Proven experience in tree care, including climbing and trimming.
• Knowledge of tree care practices and best practices for maintaining tree health and safety.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
