The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with the ability to work at heights using specialized equipment. As a Tree Climber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees and landscapes in various settings. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Operate equipment safely to access high branches. Conduct thorough inspections of trees to assess their condition and identify any potential hazards. Implement proper tree care techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety on job sites. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including tree care. Experience with bucket operation and rigging techniques for safe climbing. Familiarity with GIS technology for mapping and assessing tree locations is a plus. Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks at heights. Attention to detail in executing tree trimming and maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
