Tree Climber Buckley Tree Care Essex, MA Job Summary We are seeking experienced climbers who have a passion for preserving and caring for trees, and an ability to complete the job in a timely and safe manner. Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor working conditions, are capable of sometimes strenuous physical labor, and have both initiative for independent work and be a dedicated team player. Commercial drivers license a plus. Duties

• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and shaping trees
• Safely climb trees using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to tree care
• Inspect trees for diseases and pests, recommending treatments as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Qualifications
• Experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, or related field
• Proficiency in climbing trees and using tree care equipment
• Knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper pruning techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
