Tree Climber Foreman Frost Tree Services Kittery Point, ME 03905 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tree Climber/Foreman to join our team preferably with mechanical experience and being able to drive trucks and back up trailers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for tree care and demonstrating expertise in climbing techniques and groundskeeping. This role involves working at heights to perform essential tree care tasks, ensuring the health and safety of trees while contributing to the overall aesthetics of the landscape. Responsibilities Climb trees using appropriate safety gear and techniques to perform pruning, trimming, and removal of branches. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to supervise projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Skills Proficiency in groundskeeping practices and skills with chainsaws. Strong leadership abilities to supervise team members effectively during projects. Knowledge of tree care best practices, including pruning techniques Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide guidance on tree care.
