Tree Trimmer Joes Tree Service, LLC. Monett, MO 65708 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees and gardens. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while performing tree trimming and related tasks. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely to reach high branches. Assess tree health and identify any signs of disease or damage. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care and garden upkeep. Utilize GIS technology for mapping and planning tree care activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are safe for use. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their tree care needs. Skills Proficiency in tree trimming techniques and practices. Experience with bucket operation for high-altitude work. Knowledge of landscape maintenance, including lawn care and gardening. Familiarity with GIS technology for effective planning in tree care. Strong understanding of tree care principles, including growth patterns and health assessment. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day.
