• Field Technician Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills; verbal and written
• Ability to set and use 32′ ladders safely, effectively, and independently
• Ability to use or learn to use basic power tools and manual tools
• Ability to climb on rooftops and maneuver in small spaces such as attics, under porches, decks, etc.
• Willingness and ability to handle various species of wildlife or ability to learn
• Willingness to obtain and maintain proper vaccinations
• A compassion for and basic understanding wildlife behavior or ability to learn
• Ability to use time effectively and work independently
• A clean, manicured, professional appearance and demeanor
• A valid driver’s license (class E preferred) and ability to operate a full-sized van effectively
