Im looking for 3 Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of equipment. Also need a Team Leader with 10 + years experience. That is committed To being a leader and not a friend. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation and safety protocols, as well as a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently for tree trimming and landscape maintenance tasks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in landscape projects, including lawn care, gardening, and other related tasks. Utilize GIS technology to map out project areas and ensure accurate execution of tasks. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Experience Previous experience operating rigs, bucket trucks, or similar heavy machinery is preferred. Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus. Knowledge of GIS technology is advantageous for efficient project planning and execution. A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various outdoor conditions. A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of equipment operation and maintenance.
