!! Looking for a tree climber with 3+ years of experience to climb and cut down trees. MUST ave own equipment and reliable transportation. Also, looking for a rope runner. Benefits after 30 days of employment. BCBS insurance. 70k a year DOE. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to enhance the health and appearance of trees. Assess tree conditions and provide removal. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in tree trimming, landscape maintenance, or related fields. Knowledge of tree care practices, including pruning techniques and pest management. Familiarity with lawn care practices is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
