We are currently looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber with 5 years or more of tree climbing experience to assist in performing tree care, maintenance, and removal services. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, hardworking, and reliable, with the ability to work well with a team and follow detailed instructions while performing tasks in the trees.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removal tasks using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing equipment. Safely and efficiently complete tasks in varying weather conditions and environments. Work with a team to ensure the completion of tree care projects while maintaining safety and productivity. Adhere to company protocols and safety procedures when working in and around trees. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations. Follow all instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of tree climbing experience . Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation . Ability to pass a drug screening and background check . Strong knowledge of tree climbing techniques and safety practices. Ability to work well with others and follow detailed instructions. Physical fitness to handle the demands of tree climbing and outdoor work. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the company.
