Compensation:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving business development and fostering new client relationships
Overseeing multiple architecture projects from inception to completion
Leading and mentoring a high-performing project team
Managing schedules, budgets, and project profitability
Consulting with clients and coordinating with engineering teams
Ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and building codes
Representing the firm as a key leader in the Auburn and East Alabama market What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred)
Architecture licensure required
7+ years of experience managing large-scale education and commercial projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
