COMPENSATION

• $90,000 – 120,000/yr

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage multiple projects across sectors like healthcare, education, and civic design
• Lead and mentor architectural staff and design teams
• Serve as client liaison for technical, design, and project coordination
• Oversee contract document development, bidding, and construction administration
• Coordinate with engineering teams and review agencies
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure timely and profitable project completion

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED

• Be able to do the job as described
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Products (Revit, Auto

CAD, BIM360

)

• Licensure as a registered architect (preferred)
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be open to occasional regional travel INDENG
