We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ProjectArchitect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of thedevelopment of the design, production of the constructiondocuments, and specifications of a project. The Project Architectwill also coordinate the structural, electrical, and mechanicaldesigns, and must be able to seamlessly incorporate these detailsinto their project. This exciting role involves directcommunication with clients, team members, and constructionpersonnel, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget,and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and manage the architectural design process from conceptthrough to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards,project timeline, and budget. 2. Prepare and present designproposals, reports, and project specifications to clients andstakeholders. 3. Utilize advanced technology tools such as AutoCAD,Microsoft Project, and BIM to create detailed architecturaldesigns. 4. Ensure all project designs comply with relevantbuilding codes, safety laws, and regulations. 5. Coordinate andcollaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and constructionprofessionals to deliver integrated and sustainable designsolutions. 6. Review and oversee the production of constructiondocuments and administer construction contracts on behalf ofclients. 7. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensurecompliance with design, deal with any unforeseen complications, andmanage any necessary design modifications. 8. Participate inproject management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractnegotiation.

Qualifications:

1. A professional degree inArchitecture or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in an architectural firm, with a focus on projectmanagement and architectural design. 3. Proficiency in Revit,Microsoft Project, BIM, and other relevant design software. 4.In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and otherrelevant construction standards. 5. Excellent design and visualcommunication skills, with a strong attention to detail. 6. Strongproject management skills, with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 7. Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with a team and communicate with clientsand stakeholders.
