Architect Position Available In Duval, Florida

Architect 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL 32207 We are a well-established company with a steadily growing project portfolio that we are excited about. As a result, we are looking to hire a full time Architect. We require a degree in architecture from an accredited university. We are seeking candidates at a more advanced level (4-6 years’ experience). Must have a valid Architecture license in the state of Florida. We also require proficiency with one or more of the skills listed below;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suites. Experience with Parametric modeling (Rhino-Grasshopper) and Cove. Have strong digital 3-D modeling skills.
• Can demonstrate excellent design and graphic ability (primarily via digital tools) Core responsibilities and tasks:
• Create 3-D and photorealistic exterior models for new home and large remodel projects
• Measure and document homes for renovation projects
• Assist with developing construction documents
• Assist with permit documentation creation

Job Type:

Full Time, immediate start, on-site (in San Marco area in Jacksonville) with minor local travel to job sites included. Pay commensurate with experience.
