Interested candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ practical experience preferably working in commercial and residential design. Responsibilities of the Project Architect Project Architect will collaborate on construction documents, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development Resolve coordination and design issues between consultants Assist in managing client expectations, project development, and consultant coordination Review submittals and shop drawings Draft and produce construction documents under the direction of the Principal Architect. Requirements of the Project Architect Minimum 1 year plus of practical experience in residential and commercial design Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit Ability to develop a construction set from design sketches is a plus
