Licensed Architect, 3+ years architectural exp, Revit, Building Systems/Building Envelope Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to lead and manage various architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design development and project architecture, with proficiency in Revit and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process from initial concept through to project completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into viable architectural solutions.
Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes.
Prepare and manage construction documentation and project deliverables.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
Facilitate effective team collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Experience in project management and leading project teams is preferred.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles is an advantage.
