The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding thestrategic direction of our architectural projects, ensuring thehighest quality of design and construction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure the deliveryof high-quality design and construction. Develop strategic plans for architectural projects, includingdetermining scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee the creation of construction documents, ensuring theymeet all necessary regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with other department heads and stakeholders toensure architectural projects align with company goals and clientneeds. Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectivelycommunicating architectural designs and plans. Foster a positive and innovative work environment, mentoringjunior staff and encouraging continuous learning anddevelopment. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements inarchitectural technology and methodology. Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and legalregulations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with afocus on managing architectural projects. Must be a licensed architect. Extensive knowledge of construction documents and theirapplication in architectural projects. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage andinspire a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with theability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts. Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to developand implement effective plans for architectural projects. Proficiency in architectural software and technology. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to legalregulations. A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field isrequired. A master’s degree is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, managingexpectations and delivering high-quality results.
