Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include: 3-5 years of architectural experience; healthcare experience preferred but not required Proficiency in Revit (100% of work is done in Revit); other software experience a plus (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp) Experience through all project phases from schematic design to construction administration Strong understanding of architectural principles, technical detailing, and code compliance Ability to manage and produce construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and perform occasional site visits Excellent communication, graphic presentation, and organizational skills Participation in project meetings, submittal reviews, and maintaining project documentation Long-term interest in career advancement into a management role within the firm
Salary:
$75,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
