Our firm has 48 years of experience and offers broad-based knowledge in the latest advances in the design of Teaching, Research, and Clinical healthcare facilities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in commercial project management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in healthcare and industrial projects, combining creative design skills with exceptional project management abilities to oversee complex, high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for commercial, healthcare (both human and veterinary), and industrial architectural projects, ensuring innovative and functional outcomes. Manage all aspects of project lifecycles, including estimating, project scheduling, resource allocation, and Owner/User group communication. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique goals and requirements. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with industry standards. Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations using industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety requirements. Monitor project progress and address challenges to meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, including hospitals, medical facilities, and/or industrial plants. Strong understanding of healthcare and industrial facility design, including regulatory requirements and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional experience in commercial, healthcare, and/or industrial architecture and project management.
