As a Project Architect, you will betasked with a variety of responsibilities that are vital to thecompletion of our commercial projects.
These include:
1. Leadingthe development of design concepts and ensuring their executionthroughout all project stages. 2. Collaborating with ourmultidisciplinary team to create comprehensive design solutions. 3.Utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to prepare and revise architecturalplans and drawings. 4. Coordinating with clients, contractors, andother stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. 5.Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and ensuring theyadhere to industry standards and company guidelines. 6. Identifyingand resolving technical issues that may arise during the projectlifecycle. 7. Participating in project meetings and presentingdesign proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you willneed: 1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or arelated field. 2. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similarrole, preferably within the Engineering industry. 3. Proficiency inarchitectural design, planning, and problem-solving. 4. Strongskills in Revit and AutoCAD. 5. Experience in managing commercialprojects from concept to completion. 6. Excellent communication andpresentation skills. 7. The ability to work collaboratively in ateam as well as independently. 8. Strong attention to detail and acommitment to delivering high-quality work. 9. Professionalregistration as an Architect is preferred but not essential.
