GC LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL PAINTING CREWS FOR EXTERIOR PAINT PROJECT
‹ image 1 of 10 › compensation: per project GC looking for painting crews for exterior multi home painting project (7 houses). First you MUST be Insured (Will need to send verifiable proof and Current State ID) . All properties will need to be power washed in advance (If you can’t don’t ). All homes will be a flat rate to paint, please don’t come later asking for additional pay. Rate will be set Pay is NET 10 after finished (remember that again) Meaning payout will be within 10 days after finishing. Must have tall ladders, use sprayers for 80-90% of homes, some areas will need rolled. (MUST HAVE and
USE SPRAYER
All homes are within 8 minutes of each other some are within walking distance in the same neighborhood. All homes are mostly in Apex or 1 or 2 in Cary. Will need to ride by each property and inspect them and send us pictures. If interested please ONLY send name, number, and email address along with only pictures of your painting work. The bigger the crew the better as this is for 7 homes. We may break them up to multiple teams.
