Architect – Healthcare Optimus Architecture 187 East Market Street, Rhinebeck, NY 12572 Job Overview Optimus Architecture is primarily a healthcare architectural studio in Rhinebeck, New York. We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and the ability to manage multiple projects from conception through completion. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet client needs while adhering to regulatory standards and sustainability practices. Responsibilities Architectural drawings and specifications for construction. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project. Provide construction administration during construction phase, including RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, site meetings, and addressing field issues, as needed. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Occasional same day travel required for site visits and field work. Requirements Proven experience in architectural design and project management is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite. Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in producing accurate construction documents. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects.
