RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in development of designs Assisting in communication with clients Assisting in communication and coordination with project consultants Preparation of presentations for clients Responsible for drafting / detailing drawing sets for construction Responsible for drafting drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filings Assisting in the implementation of local codes, rules, and regulations Assisting with bidding of projects / coordination with bidders Assisting with construction administration duties Attending OAC meetings during Construction Administration
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years’ experience Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture Experience in architectural drafting and detailing Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus Ability to hand sketch, a plus Experience working on high-end residential and hospitality projects, a plus Experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus Interested qualified candidates can send their resume and work portfolio in PDF format to careers@elizabethroberts.com with “Intermediate Architect Applicant” in the subject line.
