Hiring An Associate Architect for Mid-Sized NYC Firm within the Multifamily/Mixed Use Industry! Job Description We are seeking an experienced an Associate Architect to lead our multi-family, mid-rise, high-rise, and commercial projects. You will help the firm with business development within New York Cities mixed-use and multifamily industry. Responsibilities Business development Lead project design and drawing production to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Coordinate project tasks and manage construction administration effectively. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance in project management. Ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and overall design intent. Essential Skills Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D computer modeling software. Experience in business development, project management, project coordination, and architectural design. Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects in NYC 20+ years of architectural experience Work Environment Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with Monday-Thursday in the office and Fridays from home.
