INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT
(Midtown) compensation: Competitive employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Architect Small Midtown firm specializing in high end residential, historic preservation and building restoration seeks an Intermediate Architect with a minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience. Work directly with Principal and Senior Architectural staff.
- Strong construction documentation skills, knowledge of NYC Zoning and Building Codes and project Management
- 5-7 years’ work experience in all design and construction phases, including construction administration.
- Experience developing, managing and coordinating drawing sets as well as shop drawing reviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), MS Office We offer competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits.
